All items are made to order, so cancellations aren’t automatic. If you need to cancel, please contact us at connect@thelifeofkai.org within a few hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.

Since all products are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please check sizing before ordering!

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 days depending on your location.
